Myeloma cast nephropathy (MCN) has historically been associated with poor kidney outcomes. We aimed to evaluate the kidney outcomes and identify prognostic factors of myeloma-associated acute kidney injury (M-AKI) in the contemporary era of anti-plasma cell therapy.
