Background: Personal values of Thai medical students have been observed to be diverging from those of their seniors, but the differences remain uncharacterized. Despite its potential association with mental wellbeing, the issue remain unexplored in the population. Objective: The authors developed the autologous fibrin-base scaffold for chondrocytes and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) implantation and evaluated cells viability in autologous fibrin-base scaffold comparing to commercial fibrin glue.
Material And Method: The chondrocytes and BM-MSCs were seeded into autologous fibrin-base scaffold and commercial fibrin glue. The cell viability and proliferation were evaluated at 1 and 7 days.
Objective: Several authors have reported the benefits of the recent procedure of the dual portal endoscopic plantar fasciotomy (EPF). However, very little is known concerning its potential capability via the single portal EPF without special cutting device. The present study aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of uniportal EPF in a patient with severe intractable plantar fasciitis following a failure of several conservative treatments.
