Extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD) is a rare neoplasm that affects apocrine gland-bearing skin. Patients usually present with a long-standing, unilateral, ill-defined, erythematous, crusted patch or plaque. In certain cases, this disease can be associated with internal malignancy.
