[Long-term follow-up of anatomic heart transplantation. Apropos of 60 patients with a mean follow-up of 36 months].

The aim of this study was to collect different problems seen in long-term evolution of patients who had anatomical cardiac transplantation and to compare with those seen in patients with standard transplantation. During the mean follow-up of 36 months, we analysed different data of 60 patients mean aged 51, who underwent anatomical cardiac transplantation. Six patients (10%) died within the 30 days after surgery.
