Using music storytelling communication intervention to promote acceptance of C-sections among families in rural areas.

This study examined the effectiveness of music storytelling communication intervention in promoting the acceptance of caesarean section (CS) among families in rural areas. The families were randomly assigned to control groups, music storytelling and non-music storytelling. The result showed that although the families reported a negative perception of CS at baseline and rejected it as a delivery option, this changed significantly after the intervention.

Interactive media-based dance and art therapies as interventions for treating posttraumatic symptoms among school children with abduction experience.

Objective: This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of interactive media-based dance and art therapies in reducing symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder among school children in Nigeria who have experienced abduction.

Method: The study utilised a quasi-experimental design using a sample of 470 school children in Nigeria aged 10-18. The participants were divided into three groups, namely control, dance and art therapy groups.

Impact of social media-based dance therapy in treating depression symptoms among victims of Russia-Ukraine war.

The objective of this study was to ascertain the impact of social media-based dance therapy in reducing symptoms of depression among evacuees of the Russia-Ukraine war. The participants were randomly assigned to no dance therapy (n = 162) and social media-based dance therapy groups (n = 162). The dance therapy group took part in 12 sessions of dance therapy while the no dance therapy group did not receive any intervention.
