Arthroscopic-assisted Fixation of a Nonunited Coronoid Stress Fracture in a Competitive Gymnast: A Case Report.

Case: Gymnasts may suffer elbow injuries due to repetitive loading. However, coronoid stress fractures remain uncommon. We report a case of a high-level female competitive gymnast with a nondisplaced coronoid stress fracture that failed to heal with conservative management.
