To support clinical development, a liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS-MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of desloratadine (descarboethoxyloratadine) and 3-OH desloratadine (3-hydroxydescarboethoxyloratadine) concentrations in human plasma.
