Mondor's disease, a superficial thrombophlebitis, is a common complication of thoracoabdominal wall surgeries. While most patients experience disease resolution with expectant management, occasionally the disease may persist. The authors present a case of a 49-year-old woman who had persistent, symptomatic Mondor's disease 15 months status post-breast augmentation.

Lipodissolve, to reduce superficial deposits of fat, has gained popularity in recent years. A simple solution of phosphatidylcholine in deoxycholate evolved around 2004 and has been used by two collaborating physicians in Minnesota. Their experience encompassing 1,616 patients receiving a total of 15,122 treatments is described.
