Aims And Background: Dentin hypersensitivity (DH) is characterized by sharp shooting pain due to exposed dentin, and the most common method for treating this pain is the occlusion of the dentinal tubules with the help of desensitizing agents. E-silver diamine fluoride (e-SDF) (Kids-e-Dental, Mumbai, India) is a commercially available 38% SDF solution in the Indian market. Despite the fact that its application for caries prevention has been proven, the fluoride (Fl) and silver (Ag) ion concentrations of e-SDF for use in treating DH have yet to be standardized.

Aim: The main objective of this paper is to discuss the current progress in the field of dentistry and highlight the aspects regarding silver nanoparticle incorporation, emphasizing the properties, applications, and advantages of nanosilver fluoride (NSF) that it brings to dentistry.
Background: and are the chief microbes associated with severe early childhood caries (S-ECC). Diverse antimicrobial agents are widely used to prevent ECC, and a quest for newer natural products has been on the rise in the recent past.
Aim: To estimate the antimicrobial activity of propolis with chlorhexidine on salivary specimens from children with S-ECC .
Background: Dental practitioners must develop feasible and evidence-based strategies to help parents/caregivers successfully implement daily oral hygiene measures among their children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Aim: This scoping review aimed to explore challenges faced by parents/caregivers while performing routine oral hygiene care among their children with ASD.
Design: A methodological framework recommended by Arksey and O'Malley and reporting guidelines prescribed by PRISMA-ScR were adopted.
Objective: To compare the efficacy of Jigsaw and Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) methods in promoting effective learning outcomes within diverse dental educational settings.
Methods: A total of 188 dental undergraduate students were recruited for the study and divided into Batch A (n = 96) and Batch B (n = 92). Each batch underwent two teaching sessions, one using the Jigsaw method and the other using IBL.
Aim: This investigation aimed to observe the effects of Dycal, mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), and TheraCal LC, as indirect pulp-capping materials in primary molars.
Materials And Methods: About 75 children with lower primary molars aged between 4 and 7 years suggested for IPC were selected and randomly allocated into: Group I - Dycal, group II - MTA, and group III - TheraCal LC. An immediate postoperative radiograph was taken after the procedure.
Introduction: Oral health is a loyal part of general health. As per the World Health Organization (WHO), dental caries is the most widespread noncommunicable disease and is a significant universal public health concern. The main causative organism associated with this disease is .

Aim: This study aims to comparatively evaluate the efficacy of Glutathione (GSH) in reducing tooth discoloration associated with SDF.
Materials And Methods: This split-mouth study was conducted on 20 children aged 3-8 years having a minimum of 3 active carious primary teeth.
Context: Disinfection of the root canal system by biomechanical preparation and profuse irrigation is especially important in primary teeth due to its complex pulp canal anatomy. Appropriate selection of irrigating solution should be done in terms of tissue dissolving capacity, antibacterial efficacy, and palatability when treating pediatric cases.
Aim: The aim of the study was to compare the antibacterial efficacy of 2% chlorhexidine (CHX), 0.
Introduction: Dental caries is a preventable disease that can be prevented by suppressing any one of the factors of the Keyes triad.
Aim And Objective: To investigate the effect of probiotic yogurt on salivary pH, calcium level, and buffering capacity.
Materials And Methods: A total of 60 children were randomly selected and were divided into 2 groups.
Background: In recent years, the non-invasive management of non cavitated caries lesions using remineralization systems to repair the enamel have received more attention from the scientific community. Aim: To quantitatively evaluate the remineralization potential of Casein phosphopeptide-amorphous calcium phosphate-fluoride(CPP-ACPF), Tri-calcium phosphate(TCP) & Nano-hydroxyapatite(nHAP) using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and Energy dispersive X-ray Analysis(EDX).
Material And Methods: 40 enamel specimens were prepared, and immersed in demineralising solution at a pH of 4.
