Until today, the impact of micrometastases of inguinal nodes on local recurrence rates of patients with vulvar cancer remains unknown. The purpose of this retrospective study is to evaluate the rates of micrometastases in a series of patients with vulvar cancer treated with radical vulvectomy and inguinofemoral LND and to assess the probability of cancer relapse among this specific category.
