Shared bikes, as an eco-friendly transport mode, facilitate short commutes for urban dwellers and help alleviate traffic. However, the prevalent station-based strategy for bike placements often overlooks urban zones, cycling patterns, and more, resulting in underutilized bikes. To address this, we introduce the Spatio-Temporal Bike-sharing Demand Prediction (ST-BDP) model, leveraging multi-source data and Spatio-Temporal Graph Convolutional Networks (STGCN).

View Article and Find Full Text PDFOptical fiber Fabry-Perot (F-P) sensors have been used in various on-line monitoring of physical parameters such as acoustics, temperature and pressure. In this paper, a wavelet phase extracting demodulation algorithm for optical fiber F-P sensing is first proposed. In application of this demodulation algorithm, search range of scale factor is determined by estimated cavity length which is obtained by fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm.

Objective: To investigate the role of transient receptor potential melastatin 8 (TRPM8) channels in migraine mechanism in rats by measuring the changes in expression of TRPM8 in the trigeminal nerve of rats with migraine.
Methods: Twenty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and equally divided into a blank control group and a model group. Nitroglycerin (10 mg/kg) was injected subcutaneously in the back of the neck once a week for 5 weeks, to prepared a rat model of migraine without aura.
A novel open-tubular capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC) column with magnetic nanoparticle coating as mixed-mode stationary phase was prepared. The mixed-mode stationary phases were obtained by mixing C18 and amino modified magnetic nanoparticles with different ratios. The mixed modified magnetic nanoparticles as stationary phase were introduced into the capillary by using external magnetic force.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA novel open-tubular capillary electrochromatography (OT-CEC) with modified core/shell magnetic nanoparticles coating as stationary phase was introduced using external magnetic force to fix magnetic nanoparticles. The magnetic nanoparticles coating inside the capillary columns could be easily regenerated by removing and re-applying the external magnetic field. Magnetic field intensity, concentration and flow rate of nanoparticles suspension were investigated to achieve simple and stable preparation.
