[Isolation and identification of alkaloids from Armeniaca mume Sieb].

Objective: To study the alkaloids from Armeniaca mume Sieb.

Methods: The alkaloids were extracted with chloroform from 80% alcoholic extract and concentrated. Then they were transferred into aqueous solution and absorbed by macroporous cation exchange resin.

[Analysis of chemical constituents of volatile oil in Armeniaca mume Sieb from different habitats by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry].

Objective: To analyse chemical constituents of volatile oil in Armeniaca mume Sieb.

Methods: After stream distillation, the volatile oil was extracted with ether and concentrated. Then it was analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.
