A Dual-Path Cross-Modal Network for Video-Music Retrieval.

In recent years, with the development of the internet, video has become more and more widely used in life. Adding harmonious music to a video is gradually becoming an artistic task. However, artificially adding music takes a lot of time and effort, so we propose a method to recommend background music for videos.

Baguan Therapy Is an Alternative in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis: A Systematic Review Based on Existing Randomized Controlled Trials.

Background: The aim of this systematic review was to evaluate the evidence available on the effects of Baguan therapy for ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients.

Materials And Methods: The following databases were searched from their inception to August 2018: PubMed, Web of Science, AMED, Cochrane Library, Google, EMBASE, the China National Knowledge Infrastructure databases, Wanfang Data, CiNii, KoreaMed, and the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs), which assessed the effects of Baguan therapy for AS, were included in our review.

[Cloning, eukaryotic expression and celluar localization of cysteine and glycine-rich protein 1].

Objective: To construct an eukaryotic expression vector of pCMV-FLAG-CRP1 and investigate the cellular localization of cysteine and glycine-rich protein 1 (CRP1) in human embryonic kidney 293T, hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 and breast cancer ZR75-1 cells.

Methods: Human CRP1 gene was obtained from mammary cDNA library by PCR and cloned into the pCMV-Tag2B vector. Human 293T, HepG2 and ZR75-1 cells were transfected with the recombinant plasmid pCMV-FLAG-CRP1; the expression was detected by Western blotting and the cellular localization was observed under a fluorescence microscope.
