Partially supervised learning (PSL) is urgently necessary to explore to construct an efficient universal lesion detection (ULD) segmentation model. An annotated dataset is crucial but hard to acquire because of too many Computed tomography (CT) images and the lack of professionals in computer-aided detection/diagnosis (CADe/CADx). To address this problem, we propose a novel loss function to reduce the proportion of negative anchors which is extremely likely to classify the lesion area (positive samples) as a negative bounding box, further leading to an unexpected performance.

When combining multiple single-cell transcriptome datasets for analysis, it is common to first correct the batch effect. Most of the state-of-the-art processing methods are unsupervised, i.

In the past decade, deep learning has successfully solved a variety of biomedical problems. However, due to the high dimensional limitation of human cancer transcriptome data and the small number of training samples, there is still no mature deep learning-based survival analysis model that can completely solve problems in the training process like overfitting and accurate prognosis.

Plenty of attempts have been made to improve the performance of computational predictors for phosphorylation site prediction. However, most of them are based on extra domain knowledge or feature selection.

Including virtual screening and drug reuse, it can significantly reduce the time it takes to identify drug candidates and provide patients with timely and effective treatment. Recently, more and more researchers have developed CPI's deep learning model, including feature representation of a 2D molecular graph of a compound using a graph convolutional neural network, but this method loses much important information about the compound.

Existing batch correction methods usually transform different batches of cells into one preselected "anchor" batch or a low-dimensional embedding space, and cannot take full advantage of useful information from multiple sources. We present a novel framework, called IMGG, i.

To solve the problem, a low-temperature acid aqueous electrochemical method was used; cobalt was recycled on a stainless steel cathode, and at the same time, tungstic acid was enriched at a spent cemented carbide anode, achieving a high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low pollution separation and recovering spent cemented carbide. The transient electrochemical test results show the following: the reduction mechanism of cobalt is Co + 2e → Co.

Among 100 rats subjected to cerebral ischemia, 20 rats were transfected with NRSF shRNA, and the remaining 80 were randomly assigned to normal, sham, model, and negative control (NC) groups. On days 7, 14, and 28 after ischemia and reperfusion, neurological function scores were assigned and a step-down passive avoidance test was conducted.
