[Comparison between pavlik harness and bryant traction for femoral shaft fractures in infants].

Objective: To compare clinical effects between Pavlik harness and Bryant traction in treating femoral shaft fractures in infants,including the time of hospitalization, expense of treatment, complications,time of bone union.
