Primary fibroblasts isolated from pterygium and skin pathological scar were identified by immunofluorescence staining. It was found by CCK8 and TUNEL that high-dose resveratrol, a Chinese medicine monomer, could inhibit proliferation, promote apoptosis and restrain migration. Explored by whole-transcriptome sequencing and LC-MS/MS, 1531 up-regulated mRNAs, 1022 down-regulated mRNAs, 79 up-regulated proteins and 84 down-regulated proteins were identified in resveratrol-treated pterygium fibroblasts.
