Objective: Tegoprazan represents a newly developed potassium-competitive acid blocker utilized for the treatment of acid-related disorders. The present study aimed to explore the therapeutic effectiveness of tegoprazan in Chinese individuals with duodenal ulcers (DU).

Methods: In the current multicenter, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, parallel-group, non-inferiority, phase III clinical trial, individuals with DU underwent randomization 1:1 to be administered tegoprazan 50 mg or lansoprazole 30 mg once daily.

Background And Objective: The combination of rosuvastatin and ezetimibe has promising clinical benefits with a significant safety and tolerability profile. However, there is a lack of clinical data supporting the drug-drug interaction (DDI) in Chinese population.
