In 2021, the world experienced the most extensive vaccination campaign to defeat COVID-19. Many cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenia have been reported following injections of SARS-Cov-2 mRNA vaccine. We present the case of a 73-year-old woman with de novo ITP after a first injection of SARS-Cov-2 mRNA vaccine (Moderna vaccine) who experienced a successful rechallenge of SARS-Cov-2 mRNA vaccine (Pfizer vaccine) a few months later.

We aimed to validate an alternative, easily scored four-item tool, the Walking Estimated-Limitation Calculated by History (WELCH) questionnaire.
Methods: The WIQ and WELCH were prospectively tested in five centers.
Background: Superficial venous thrombosis (SVT) is perceived to have a benign prognosis.
Objective: To assess the prevalence of venous thromboembolism in patients with SVT and to determine the 3-month incidence of thromboembolic complications.
Design: National cross-sectional and prospective epidemiologic cohort study.
