Diabetes affects nearly 37 million Americans, with disproportionately higher disease burden amongst those from minoritized communities. The result of this is greater rates of diabetic complications and mortality. To close this gap in care, it is important to assess the differences in both diagnosis and care between White and ethnic/racial minoritized persons with diabetes.

CRLX101 is a novel cyclodextrin-containing polymer conjugate of camptothecin (CPT) that self-assembles into nanoparticles to deliver sustained levels of active CPT into cancer cells while substantially reducing systemic exposure.
Methods: We conducted sequential phase II, open label, single arm clinical trials to evaluate CRLX101 as a single agent (n = 29) and with bevacizumab (Bev) (n = 34).

We searched PubMed, EMBASE, PsycINFO, and ProQuest Theses for publications from January 1970 to January 2019. We identified studies about alcohol exposure during pregnancy and miscarriage.
