Investigating differences in resistance to alkaline stress among three willow species can provide a theoretical basis for planting willow in saline soils. Therefore we tested three willow species (Salix matsudana, Salix gordejevii and Salix linearistipularis), already known for their high stress tolerance, to alkaline stress environment at different pH values under hydroponics. To determine the factors contributing to the significant growth disparities among the three conifers in Xiong'an New Area after the rainy season, we conducted a study investigating the growth characteristics of conifers.
The isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ) technology was used for differential proteomic analysis of refrigerated porcine Longissimus thoracis et lumborum (LTL) muscle at different time points postmortem (45 min, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h) to mechanistically elucidate the postmortem tenderization. Compared with the proteins identified in porcine LTL muscle at 45 min postmortem (control), 862 proteins were significantly expressed at 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h postmortem. Moreover, clustering and path analysis showed that the quality traits of porcine LTL muscle, including pH, shear force, myofibril fragmentation index, correlated significantly with 2, 6 and 6 differentially expressed proteins, respectively, with the lowest or highest expression at 8 h or 12 h postmortem.

To evaluate the adaptability of the cyclic heating mode in the thermal diffusion probe method (TDP) in the measurement of trunk sap flow and the accuracy of the measurement of tree transpiration water consumption, we selected as the research object and set three different heating modes: 60 min/0 min (continuous heating mode), 30 min/30 min (cyclic heating mode with 30 min heating and 30 min cooling), 10 min/50 min (cyclic heating mode with 10 min heating and 50 min cooling). Based on the measured value of the whole tree container wei-ghing method, the temperature gradient characteristics of different heating modes were analyzed using the measurement technology of thermal diffusive trunk sap flow.
