Here, we explored the role of Prolyl 4-Hydroxylase Subunit Alpha 3 (P4HA3), the most recently identified member of the prolyl-4-hydroxylase (P4H) family, in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) progression. P4HA3 is upregulated during cancer progression; however, its specific role in HNSCC progression remains elusive. Thus, this study aimed to elucidate the regulatory function of P4HA3 in HNSCC development and progression and to describe the underlying mechanisms.

For early diagnosis, a proteomic profile is the gold standard, but inconvenient for clinical use since the profile peaks are quantitative. It would therefore be helpful to find a minimized profile, comprising fewer peaks than the original using an existing algorithm and compare it with other traditional statistical methods.

H antigen distributes on all the human RBC surface except for Bombay phenotype and the copy number of H antigen on the surface of an adult RBC is approximately 1.7 x 10(6).

The electrocatalytic mechanism and quantificational method of glucose have been investigated. The current intensity of the electrocatalytic oxidation to glucose at the potential of 550mV is proportional to the concentration of glucose over the range of 0.
