Background And Aims: The use of corticosteroids in chronic drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is an important issue. Our previous randomized controlled trial showed that patients with chronic DILI benefited from a 48-week steroid stepwise reduction (SSR) regimen. However, it remains unclear whether a shorter course of therapy can achieve similar efficacy.

Objective: To verify the rate of diagnostic fitting between the clinic and the indentification-aided for diagnosis and differential diagnosis system, for emerging infections diseases (EID) established.
Methods: 314 cases of 49 kinds of contagious diseases diagnosed and another 186 patients with fever who not diagnosed were tested by the system.
Results: Preliminary verification was made in 314 cases diagnosed which classified to 49 kinds of contagious diseases of infectious diseases and the results showed that the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis and first diagnosis of this system was 61.
The adsorption of Pb(II) onto Hydrilla verticillata was examined in aqueous solution with parameters of pH, adsorbent dosage, contact time and temperature. The linear Langmuir and Freundlich models were applied to describe equilibrium isotherms, and both models fitted well. The monolayer adsorption capacity of Pb(II) was found as 104.

In (CH2)6N4-HCl buffer solution and in the presence of OP emulsifier trace Ni(II) catalyzes strongly the decolorization reaction of Rhodamine B (RhB) by oxidizing with H2O2, and its catalytic extent is linear with the contents of Ni(II) in a certain range. Based on this study, a novel spectrophotometric method for determining Ni(II) was developed. The results show that the maximum absorption of the complex is at 550 nm, the detection limit of the method is 0.
