Condylar repositioning in bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy with centric relation bite.

Purpose: Changes in the condylar position after bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy (BSSO) can cause many complications, such as condylar dysfunction and increased risk of relapse.
