: Diagnosis of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) depends on the accurate interpretation of nystagmus induced by positional tests. However, difficulties in interpreting eye-movement often can arise in primary care practice or emergency room. We hypothesized that the use of machine learning would be helpful for the interpretation.

This study aimed to test the feasibility of interactive components using eye tracking assisted strategy through neurophysiologic evidence.
Methods: HMD implemented with an infrared-based eye tracker was used to generate a virtual environment for VRT.
Although liquid crystal (LC) systems have been studied before, their utility in drug delivery applications has not been explored in depth. This study examined the development of a 1-month sustained release formulation of leuprolide acetate using an in situ-forming LC matrix. The phase progression upon water absorption was tested through construction of ternary phase diagrams of phosphatidylcholine, sorbitan monooleate, and tocopherol acetate (TA) at increasing water content.

In this study, a shallow water flow code was developed and tested against four benchmark problems of practical relevance. The results demonstrated that as the eddy viscosity increased, the velocity slope along the spanwise direction decreased, and the larger roughness coefficient induced a higher flow depth over the channel width. The mass conservation rate was determined to be 99.
