Pronounced temporal velocity variations within the fault fracture zone in response to Earth tide modes.

Continuous monitoring of seismogenic faults can advance our understanding of the evolution process, holding important keys for forecasting future earthquakes. We report here seismic velocity variations around the Anninghe fault zone in southwest China based on seismic interferometry techniques. We observed that tidal forces significantly impact velocity changes within the fault fracture zone, inducing periodic changes in seismic velocity on diurnal, semidiurnal and monthly scales.

Here, we report the discovery of , a novel, potent and highly selective covalent inhibitor of CDK12/13 with reasonable pharmacokinetic profiles.

Unveiling the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese patent medicines: A network meta-analysis on chronic atrophic gastritis.

Background: The study aimed to conduct a network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to examine the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese patent medicine (TCPM), either used alone or combined with conventional treatment (CT) of chemical drugs, for treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).

Methods: We searched the literature from database creation to December 2023; our primary endpoint was clinical response rate. Secondary outcome measures were the inhibition rate of Helicobacter pylori and clinical symptom score, including pain and noisy scores for the stomach, score for belch and acid reflux, score for the bitter taste and the dry throat, and safety according to total adverse events.

The Effect of BEOL Design Factors on the Thermal Reliability of Flip-Chip Chip-Scale Packaging.

With the development of high-density integrated chips, low-k dielectric materials are used in the back end of line (BEOL) to reduce signal delay. However, due to the application of fine-pitch packages with high-hardness copper pillars, BEOL is susceptible to chip package interaction (CPI), which leads to reliability issues such as the delamination of interlayer dielectric (ILD) layers. In order to improve package reliability, the effect of CPI at multi-scale needs to be explored in terms of package integration.

Objective: To identify high-risk gastric carcinoma patients with concurrent vascular and neural invasion ("double invasion") who are at heightened risk of progression-free survival (PFS) decline, enabling personalized clinical management.

Methods: In this multi-center retrospective study, 559 patients with double invasion who underwent curative gastrectomy between May 2002 and December 2020 were analyzed. Prognostic factors for PFS were identified using Lasso-Cox regression.

Here, we provide an in-depth review of the structural characteristics, regulatory mechanisms, and functional roles of NACs in different plant species. One of the key features of NACs is their ability to regulate gene expression through a variety of mechanisms, including binding to DNA sequences in the promoter regions of target genes, interacting with other TFs, and modulating chromatin structure.

Background: The aim of this network meta-analysis (NMA) was to compare the effectiveness and safety of different Chinese patent medicines (CPMs) combined with Western medicines (WMs) regimen versus WMs alone in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-related gastric ulcer (GU).

Methods: A comprehensive search was conducted on databases from their inception to May 31, 2023, to identify all randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that investigated the efficacy of CPMs in combination with conventional WMs in the treatment of patients with H pylori-related GU. Using Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool, we evaluated the methodological quality of RCTs.
