Disseminated infection with is an emerging opportunistic infection in immunocompromised individuals. A 41-year-old male farmer presented with a diffuse swelling in the right foot with discharge of whitish material from the swelling for 1 year. He also had multiple cystic swellings of varying sizes in the right ankle, left leg, left foot, and right forearm for 6 months.
