Effective data representation in machine learning and deep learning is paramount. For an algorithm or neural network to capture patterns in data and be able to make reliable predictions, the data must appropriately describe the problem domain. Although there exists much literature on data preprocessing for machine learning and data science applications, novel data representation methods for enhancing machine learning model performance remain highly absent within the literature.

However, there is not much information available on the toxicity of nanoparticles in neuronal disorders. The toxic effect of nanoparticles on brain disorders and their regulatory issues are the primary concerns of the healthcare industry.

To conquer these limitations, a pH triggered gel was developed for sustained delivery of levofloxacin. Two polymers namely hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and sodium alginate along with the boric acid buffer were used to formulate the gel.

The patient was allergic to ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin. Cross reactivity between ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin might be responsible for causing this reaction.

Both the drugs were stopped; patient's condition was gradually improved after starting the treatment. As per WHO-UMC causality assessment criteria, association between reaction and drug was possible (for both griseofulvin and terbinafine).
