Effect of computer aided detection device on the adenoma detection rate and serrated detection rate among trainee fellows.

Background And Aims: The utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) with computer-aided detection (CADe) has the potential to increase the adenoma detection rate (ADR) by up to 30% in expert settings and specialized centers. The impact of CADe on serrated polyp detection rates (SDR) and academic trainees ADR & SDR remains underexplored. We aim to investigate the effect of CADe on ADR and SDR at an academic center with various levels of providers' experience.
