Functional reconstruction of an occlusion with severe residual ridge resorption is a clinical challenge. Removable prostheses are unsuccessful in situations with severe bone resorption. A patient with an edentulous maxilla received bone grafts from the anterior iliac crest to augment the maxillary alveolar residual ridges.
