However, the REM sleep-elevated EMG diagnostic cutoff, progression trajectory, and long-term neurodegenerative outcome of pRBD are not well understood. This study aimed to delineate the evolution of REM sleep EMG levels, determine the EMG cutoff score for diagnosing pRBD, and examine the risk for neurodegenerative diseases of pRBD.

The propagation of the hepatitis C virus (HCV) is regulated in part by the phosphorylation of its nonstructural protein NS5A that undergoes sequential phosphorylation on several highly conserved serine residues and switches from a hypo- to a hyperphosphorylated state. However, it is unclear whether these taxes play a role in shifting perceptions about sweetened beverages and their health impacts. We utilized pre- and post-tax survey data collected from residents in Seattle, WA, a city that implemented a sweetened beverage tax in 2018 and from residents in an untaxed comparison area.

Type-II heterostructures (HSs) are essential components of modern electronic and optoelectronic devices. Earlier studies have found that in type-II transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) HSs, the dominating carrier relaxation pathway is the interlayer charge transfer (CT) mechanism. Here, this report shows that, in a type-II HS formed between monolayers of MoSe and ReS, nonradiative energy transfer (ET) from higher to lower work function material (ReS to MoSe) dominates over the traditional CT process with and a charge-blocking interlayer.

Antithrombotic Therapy in Peripheral Artery Disease: Risk Stratification and Clinical Decision Making.

Patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD) are an underrecognised group with significant thrombotic risk. This risk is modifiable with the use of aggressive secondary preventative efforts, including optimisation of antithrombotic therapy.
