Background And Purpose: We conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of RSA studies to investigate the early and long-term migration patterns of acetabular cups and the influence of implant factors on cup migration over time.
Methods: We performed a systematic search of PubMed, Embase, and Scopus databases to identify all RSA studies of cup migration following primary total hip replacement (THR). Proximal migration at 3 and 6 months, 1, 2, 5, and 10 years were considered for analysis.
Stable fixation is essential for successful healing after medial open wedge high tibial osteotomy (MOWHTO) to minimize the risk of non-union and correction loss. In Asians, potential complications such as D-hole screw osteotomy plane violation (D-hole violation) and inadequate plate fitting arise due to improper plate size. This study aimed to evaluate the risk factors for D-hole violation and compare the conventional anatomic (CA) plate with an individualized anatomic (IA) plate in MOWHTO procedures.

Methods: Through a retrospective case-control study, de novo hyperextension patients were compared with patients without hyperextension after primary PS TKA. Eighty-five hyperextension patients were compared with 85 patients in a control group matched by age, sex, surgeon and implant.
Background Context: Pain intensity in various chronic pain disorders has been associated with catastrophizing. Considering the pathomechanism and clinical symptoms of lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS), pain catastrophizing could be associated with pain intensity and disability in patients with LSS.
Purpose: Firstly, to determine whether catastrophizing is associated with an increased intensity of pain and disability, and secondly, to determine whether it is linked to the relationship of gender to pain and disability in patients with degenerative LSS by using mediation analyses with bootstrapping.
