Background: This study evaluates the association of diuresis and hydration through a new monitoring indicator called and the risk of acute kidney injury in patients treated with cisplatin based-EXTREME regimen.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed all the cycles of patients with recurrent and/or metastatic head and neck cancer who received cisplatin based-EXTREME regimen from June 2008 to July 2022. Hydration regimen, urine output and concomitant treatments data were collected on the day of cisplatin infusion and the following day of each course received.
PSMA-targeted PET agents are mainly involved for prostate cancer; however, unspecific bone uptakes can be challenging for the clinician. We report the case of a 71-year-old man with history of recurrent prostate cancer initially treated by surgery and radiation therapy. 18 F-PSMA 1007 PET/CT was performed.

Two cases of primary breast angiosarcoma have been observed at the centre Henry Kaplan of Tours and at the hospital La Source of Orleans since 2001. Based on a literature review, we analyse the epidemiological, pathological, clinical, diagnostic and treatment aspect of this type of cancer.
