A 10-Year Clinical Experience of Gestational Trophoblastic Disease at Rajavithi Hospital, 2001-2010.

Background: Gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD) develops from abnormal cellular proliferation of trophoblasts following fertilization and is categorized as either an hydatidiform mole (HM) or a gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN).

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics, incidence and treatment outcomes of GTD at Rajavithi Hospital.

Material And Method: Medical records of women diagnosed with GTD at Rajavithi Hospital from January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2010 were retrospectively reviewed.

Uterine Sarcoma: Clinical Presentation, Treatment and Survival Outcomes in Thailand.

Background: Uterine sarcoma is a group of rare gynecologic tumors with various natures, and different lines of treatment. Most have a poor treatment outcome. This study targeted clinical characteristics, treatment, overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), and prognostic factors in uterine sarcoma patients in one tertiary center for cancer care.
