Shapiro syndrome.

We report here a case of Shapiro syndrome who presented with episodic generalized sweating, hypotension, and hypothermia. Brain magnetic resonance imaging demonstrated corpus callosum agenesis with colpocephaly. Patient was treated with Clonidine and Propranolol.
