Background: Highways represent the most significant capital asset that any country's public sector holds. A system of national highways with easy access to ambulance and trauma centers is termed emergency rescue ready and helps reduce the mortality due to road accidents. Given the rich impetus for road infrastructure development by the government of India, there is a need to consider emergency rescue readiness on highways.

In recent years, a rich impetus has been given to the development of road infrastructure by Indian governance. There is a need to introspect how well the prevailing highway infrastructure is equipped with emergency rescue management during road accidents.

Materials And Methods: Forty patients ASA I or II aged 18-65 years scheduled for posterior fixation surgery were randomly assigned to receive either DEX 1 μg/kg over 10 min before induction of anesthesia followed by 0.2-0.
Aims: To observe the various pressor responses to laryngoscopy and intubation in normotensive patient undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia and use of three different attenuating doses (400, 800, 1200 mcg) of intranasal nitroglycerine administered five minutes before laryngoscopy and intubation, to observe the efficacy and safety.
Settings And Design: Randomized study.
Materials And Methods: The study was carried out in a total of 60 patients.

Aims: To compare the effectiveness of Inj. Ropivacaine (0.
Context: Preoperative anxiety and uncooperativeness experienced by pediatric patients are commonly associated with postoperative behavioral problems.
Aims: We aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intranasal Midazolam as a sedative in a pediatric age group for radiological imaging procedures and to note onset of sedation, level of sedation, condition of patient during separation from parents and effect on the cardio-respiratory system.
Settings And Design: Randomized double-blinded study.
The following guidelines are intended for practitioners responsible for resuscitating neonates. They apply primarily to neonates undergoing transition from intrauterine to extrauterine life. The updated guidelines on Neonatal Resuscitation have assimilated the latest evidence in neonatal resuscitation.

As such it is a safe practice, yet unusual complications can occur with the use of even safest antibiotics and their emergency management may be life saving. Here we present a case of 35% second and third degree burns who was taken for a second sitting of stamp grafting for remnant raw areas, who was administered intraoperative prophylactic antibiotic, developed a series of unusual complications sequentially, which were life threatening.

In the present study comparative evaluation of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) and biopsy of testis showed 90% accuracy of FNAC in respect of histopathological diagnosis of spermatogenesis. FNAC is a safe, fairly accurate, outdoor investigation in infertile man and it is devoid of the complications of haematoma formation, suppression of spermatogenesis and antigenic stimulation as seen with testicular biopsy.

These factors may be influenced by earlier surgical manoeuvres, so that difficulty may occasionally be encountered at subsequent operation. One such case of 'iatrogenic' difficulty, where a tissue expander beneath the anterolateral skin of the neck caused transient intubation problems, is reported.

Delay in diagnosis and treatment is due to lack of its awareness amongst surgeons, incomplete assessment of the prolapsed bowel at the anal orifice, and absence of classical traid of intussusception i.e.

Several new agents appear to be safer, more effective, and more specific than the available standard immunosuppressive drugs. Many of the agents are likely to be used with present drugs.
