Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA) approved for the treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis, is widely used, though real-world data on its application in asthma management remain limited. This registry-based study evaluated the use of montelukast in adult asthma patients, examining demographic and disease characteristics, asthma control status, asthma phenotypes, presence of atopy, and treatment regimens. Among 2053 patients analyzed, 61.

Mathematically, this problem is equivalent to Poisson's equation with mixed Neumann-Robin boundary conditions. Here, we obtain this MFPT in general three-dimensional domains by using strong localized perturbation theory in the small trap limit.

This study aims to analyze the factors related to the prescription of add-on LAMA in clinical practice for asthma patients, shedding light on physicians' preferences. This study included adult asthma patients on add-on LAMA and ICS/LABA monitored for at least one year in a national registry comprising 2053 asthmatics.

This study is the first to evaluate the efficacy of the entomopathogenic nematode Filipjev, 1934 against both the larval (fifth instar) and imago (adult) of from various Turkish populations. The insects were collected from six poultry farms in the provinces of Balikesir, Bolu, Canakkale, Manisa, and Izmir in Türkiye, bred, and then tested at concentrations ranging from 25 to 200 infective juveniles (IJs) per milliliter.

Methods: Trauma patients after the Kahramanmaraş earthquakes, aged under 18 years and admitted to our hospital, were evaluated retrospectively.
Objective: To assess the presence of () and species () of newborn-mother pairs using the real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).
Method: Subjects were selected from the patients followed in the Neonatology Clinic of Akdeniz University's Faculty of Medicine between the years 2017-2018. First samples collected within 48 hours after birth, and second samples were at six months.
Objectives: Multidrug resistant infections present a treatment challenge for clinicians. These infections have been associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Recently, there has been increasing discussion in the literature that high dose extended infusion of meropenem may be helpful.

Methods: We isolated EVs from healthy controls (n = 13) and pediatric COVID-19 patients (n = 104) with varying severity during acute and convalescent phases using serial ultracentrifugation.
The aim of this mixed-methods study was to examine the experiences of nursing students (NSs), nurses, and patients regarding the clinical practices of NSs and to determine NSs' stress levels regarding clinical practices. The quantitative part of the study was completed with 240 NSs, and the "Perceived Stress Scale for Nursing Students" was used. In the qualitative part, the focus group interviews were held with 24 NSs, and the individual interviews were conducted with 15 patients and 20 nurses.
