Erectile dysfunction (ED) and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) share common pathophysiological mechanisms. This study aimed to assess the relationship between ED and its severity with the risk of developing CVD by analyzing changes in the circadian blood pressure (BP) rhythm. In the study, 24-h BP levels of 192 (94 with ED and 98 controls) participants with no history of CVD were evaluated using an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) device.

This study aimed to evaluate the antimicrobial resistance pattern and uropathogens distribution in children. Four-year retrospective study included 840 participants in all pediatric age groups whose urine had been cultured.

Risk prediction models were developed for early identification of these cardiovascular risks. We aimed to evaluate cardiovascular metabolic and autonomic predictors in relation to lower urinary tract symptoms' severity evaluated by the IPSS score.

Early predicting of AF in these patients can help in decreasing its clinical consequences. The aim of our study is to determine the association between BPH symptoms and AF predictors atrial electromechanical delay (AEMD) and the P-wave dispersion (PWD).

Erectile function was assessed using the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) questionnaire form. AIP values were studied and compared between patients with ED (IIEF < 22) and those without ED (IIEF > 22) using the log TG/HDL-C formula.

Data of 75 children (105 renal units) who underwent STING procedure with small-size Dx/HA for the treatment of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) in our clinic between 2008 and 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Preoperative reflux grade and side, injection indication, postoperative urinary infections and urinary symptoms, voiding cystourethrogram, and renal scintigraphy results were evaluated.

The etiology of the ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction has not been clearly established. The presence of a hypoplastic, adynamic ureteral segment is thought to be the major cause of an UPJ obstruction.
