Introduction: Systemic treatment for metastatic soft tissue sarcoma (STS) results in modest activity in second and further lines. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of ifosfamide and etoposide (IE) as a salvage regimen for patients with metastatic STS.

Methods: A retrospective, single centre study included patients with STS treated with IE from 2010 to 2018.

p53 as a new prognostic factor for lymph node metastasis in penile carcinoma: analysis of 82 patients treated with amputation and bilateral lymphadenectomy.

Purpose: Gold standard treatment for invasive penile carcinoma remains amputation and lymphadenectomy. This procedure has high morbidity and new prognostic factors on the incidence of metastasis would help select candidates to lymphadenectomy.
