Introduction: Systemic treatment for metastatic soft tissue sarcoma (STS) results in modest activity in second and further lines. The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of ifosfamide and etoposide (IE) as a salvage regimen for patients with metastatic STS.
Methods: A retrospective, single centre study included patients with STS treated with IE from 2010 to 2018.
Purpose: Sarcomas are a heterogeneous group of cancers classified as rare cancers and are often poorly characterized. In Brazil, little is known about the adult sarcoma burden and patients' clinical pathways.
Materials And Methods: We analyzed data from the Brazilian Hospital-Based Cancer Registries System, which encompasses the entire country.
Desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) is an extremely rare, aggressive sarcoma affecting adolescents and young adults with male predominance. Generally, it originates from the serosal surface of the abdominal cavity. The hallmark characteristic of DSRCT is the EWSR1-WT1 gene fusion.

Background: Mechanisms of resistance have been described during disease progression (PD) for patients under treatment with anti-EGFR plus chemotherapy (CT). The aim of our study was to evaluate efficacy of anti-EGFR rechallenge (ReCH) and reintroduction (ReIn) in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective analysis of patients with mCRC that previously received anti-EGFR + CT and interrupted therapy due to PD in the ReCH group and other reasons in the ReIn group.

Purpose: Gold standard treatment for invasive penile carcinoma remains amputation and lymphadenectomy. This procedure has high morbidity and new prognostic factors on the incidence of metastasis would help select candidates to lymphadenectomy. Mutations in the p53 gene common in several neoplasms can be related to the prognosis.
