Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a public health problem that presents genetic and environmental risk factors. Two alleles in the Apolipoprotein L1 () gene were associated with chronic kidney disease; these alleles are common in individuals of African ancestry but rare in European descendants. Genomic studies on Afro-Americans have indicated a higher prevalence and severity of chronic kidney disease in people of African ancestry when compared to other ethnic groups.

Methods: Experience report about implementation strategies of this new technology in a university hospital, being an extension course the main one, developed between May and December 2019.
Results: The course was carried out by researchers in partnership with clinical nurses to 13 nurses from different areas with previous experience in wound care.
Objective: To describe the elaboration and validation of a protocol for administration of enteral nutrition.
Method: Validation study by consensus of experts conducted in a university hospital. The construction took place after literature review.
