[Impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on psychological disorders in adolescents and young adults].

The current pandemic and its economic and social consequences increase the stress of young people and their families. For the most vulnerable young people, this situation of increased or cumulative stress may be a risk factor for the emergence or relapse of psychological disorders. In this article, we propose a brief literature review of the research published on this issue since the emergence of the crisis put in perspective of local observations and possible interventions for practitioners.

A few drugs prescribed in internal medicine, ie, non-psychotropic drugs, can be used to treat certain neuropsychiatric disorders. For most of these situations, the level of evidence remains low. But when sufficient data becomes available, these molecules are then included in official guidelines for the treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders.

[Care for unaccompanied minor migrant adolescents at the Youth Health Consultation: Support, psychotherapy and resilience].

The Unité Santé Jeunes of the Geneva University Hospitals offers multidisciplinary care to young people between the ages of 12 years and 25 years, including unaccompanied minor migrant adolescents. The psychiatrist and child psychiatrist of the unit participate actively. These young people are primarily teenagers, but it is clear from our experience that their care has some specificities and require an adaptation of the framework.

At the doctor's office primary care, symptomatology of young is often vague or nonspecific. Faced with such symptoms, via the analysis of a clinical case, significant in many clinical situations, we show the importance of considering the significant members of the entourage and invite them to the surgery. A therapeutic alliance better weaves between the youth and his doctor if the environment is taken into account and will lead to better therapeutic response.
