Background: The association between the pattern of cortical thickness (CT) and executive dysfunction (ED) in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and subjective cognitive complaints (SCC) is still poorly understood. We aimed to investigate the association between CT and ED in a large French cohort (MEMENTO) of 2323 participants with MCI or SCC.
Methods: All participants with available CT and executive function data (verbal fluency and Trail Making Test [TMT]) were selected (n=1924).
Purpose: To assess the likely pathogenic/pathogenic (LP/P) variants rates in Mendelian dementia genes and the moderate-to-strong risk factors rates in patients with Alzheimer disease (AD).
Methods: We included 700 patients in a prospective study and performed exome sequencing. A panel of 28 Mendelian and 6 risk-factor genes was interpreted and returned to patients.

Objectives: To investigate the metabolic brain correlates of ocular motor dysfunction using [18F] Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography (FDG-PET) in early PSP.
Methods: Retrospective observational descriptive study on longitudinal data with patients who underwent EMR and FDG-PET at the stage of suggestive and possible PSP according to Movement Disorders Society criteria.
Hypothesis: Many applications of liquid foams use them to fill the porosity of various granular media. How is the liquid distributed in such foam-filled systems, in which the geometry of the bubble assembly can be strongly constrained by pore confinement?
Experiments: We study how the liquid is distributed in a grain packing filled with liquid foam, as a function of both liquid content and bubble-to-grain size ratio. Moreover, Surface Evolver simulations are carried out at the scale of a single bubble confined into a tetrahedral pore.

Selectivity is the rule, rather than the exception, in neurodegenerative disease. A retired telephone operator carrying a C9orf72 expansion developed phonagnosia, a selective impairment of voice recognition, contrasting with intact person knowledge and recognition of faces, as a presenting sign of genetically confirmed fronto-temporal dementia. Since the dysfunction in this patient fell into his area of professional expertise, we discuss if overload in voice related neural networks might have caused failure propagating to connected nodes.
