The authors report on a typical case of orbital varix, which was operated on by neurosurgical way. Orbital varices are rare venous anomalies, easily suspected on the clinic. The diagnosis is usually made on ultrasonography, CT Scan, and orbital venography.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA case of multiple vitelliform dystrophy is described in an adult white woman ; vision, angiography, EOG are the same as in true Best's disease, but the reduction of vision seams more severe and occurs earlier. The extramacular discs are smaller, faster in evolution, they can appear, disappear or coalesce as in our case. The disease is genetically much less demonstrative than central vitelliform dystrophy.

Authors report polyglactin suture's experience in anterior segment surgery. Absorbable sutures have good tolerance, their disappearing delay is slow enough to allow good scar. Experiment shows that absorption is secondary to hydrolysis without inflammatory or necrotic reaction.
