By employing simultaneous whole-cell patch clamp and field potential recordings from hippocampal CA3/4 pyramidal layer of acute brain slices obtained from mice (n = 30), we found that the appearance of epileptiform discharges induced by 4AP (100 μM) is consistently preceded by the transient recurrence of presumptive GABA outward currents, which are not mirrored by any field activity.

We aimed to compare the recommendations from these CPGs and present a synthesis of them for each step of the NCP in intensive care unit (ICU) settings.
Methods: Systematic review of CPGs on nutrition care in ICU, searched in six databases up to January 2022.

The final step of cytokinin (CK) signaling pathway culminates in the activation of type-B response regulators (BRRs), important transcriptional factors in the modulation of CK-responsive genes.
