Epidemiology of pancreatic cancer in France: descriptive study from the French national hospital database.

Introduction: Although indirect evidence suggests that the incidence of pancreatic adenocarcinoma has increased in the last decade, few data are available in European countries. The aim of the present study was to update the epidemiology of pancreatic cancer in France in 2014 from the French national hospital database (Programme de Médicalisation des Systèmes d'Information).

Patients And Methods: All patients hospitalized for pancreatic cancer in France in 2014 in public or private institutions were included.
