Introduction: Pomalidomide is an immunomodulating agent that is used to treat relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma. Although the incidence of hypersensitivity with pomalidomide is not well documented, the most common type of hypersensitivity involves a cutaneous reaction. Previous reports have successfully utilized a desensitization protocol in patients who developed hypersensitivity to pomalidomide.
