Background: Atrial fibrillation (AF), the most common cardiac arrhythmia, is often undiagnosed because of lack of awareness and frequent asymptomatic presentation. Objective: Recent American College of Rheumatology guidelines emphasise functional improvement as part of osteoarthritis (OA) management. We developed and evaluated a tool to promote provider and patient engagement in functional goal setting in OA care.
