Raynaud's phenomenon (RP) is a vasospastic disorder characterized by an exaggerated vasoconstrictive response to cold or emotional stress. It can be classified as primary (PRP) or secondary (SRP) depending on its association with an underlying condition. We present a case of a young female with severe RP, with trophic changes and abnormal capillaroscopy.

Rectus sheath hematoma is a rare cause of acute abdomen, and its clinical diagnosis is challenging without any imaging methods. We describe a case of a 50-year-old woman with no significant medical history who developed a sudden abdominal pain following a cough paroxysm. On physical examination, there was intense pain after light percussion and tenderness on palpation.
