- A study with 220 adults tested different protein supplements (like whey and soy) to see if they helped with weight maintenance after losing weight.
- The results showed that using these protein supplements didn't make a big difference in keeping weight off compared to a regular diet, but did improve some body's energy use and feelings of hunger.
