Background: The numbers of post-9/11 service members transitioning out of the military are escalating. Our diverse nursing student population will increasingly include Veterans or those engaged in military service.
Method: This article describes an educational session directed at nurse faculty about the needs of these students.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the knowledge level of nurse practitioner (NP) students about emergency contraception (EC), and to explore attitudes about EC that may intersect with willingness to prescribe EC.
