Background: Little is known about women's decisions around toileting for urination and how those decisions influence moment-to-moment behaviors to manage bladder needs. The new smartphone app "Where I Go" captures such nuanced and granular data in real-world environments.

Objective: This study aims to describe participant engagement with "Where I Go", variation in novel parameters collected, and readiness for the data collection tool's use in population-based studies.

Key Points: After incorporation into the bundle in 2021, etelcalcetide use decreased substantially, reflecting financial incentives to restrict access. Etelcalcetide discontinuers had a swift and sustained increase in parathyroid hormone and loss of secondary hyperparathyroidism control, despite most switching to cinacalcet. These findings have US policy implications not only for etelcalcetide and parathyroid hormone but also for future development of innovative therapies in dialysis.

The Pancreatic Cancer Early Detection (PRECEDE) Study is a Global Effort to Drive Early Detection: Baseline Imaging Findings in High-Risk Individuals.

Background: Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PC) is a highly lethal malignancy with a survival rate of only 12%. Surveillance is recommended for high-risk individuals (HRIs), but it is not widely adopted. To address this unmet clinical need and drive early diagnosis research, we established the Pancreatic Cancer Early Detection (PRECEDE) Consortium.
